SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. International shipping is not available yet. Sign up for our newsletter at www.brixkrieg.com and we will let you know when it is.

When your order ships
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Every order ships within 48 hours, and 99% ship within 24 hours. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive 2 to 7 days after they ship. Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses can take longer. Every package has full tracking from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your door.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $85. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number, and text it too if you have opted in to texts.

Orders that ship in more than one package
We stock kits in more than one U.S. warehouse, so a larger order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Nothing is wrong when that happens.

Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. If your order has not shipped yet, we will fix it. If it has, we will do everything we can to get it to the right place.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. A photo of a damaged box helps us file a claim with the carrier, but you do not need one to get your replacement.

Missing or broken pieces
A missing or broken piece is replaced free, shipped the same day, for the life of the kit, with nothing to send back. See our Refund Policy for details.
