REFUND POLICY

365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your BrixKrieg kit. If you don't, you have 365 days to send it back for a full refund.

When the clock starts
Your 365 days begin on the day your order is delivered, as confirmed by tracking.

What is covered
Any kit that has not been fully built. Unopened, opened, and partly built kits all qualify. A fully built kit is not covered.

What we need from you
Tell us which kit you are returning and the step where you stopped. We use this to make the kits better for the next builder. If a missing piece, a broken piece, or a confusing step is what stopped you, tell us that too, because we can usually get you building again the same day. Please send back all of the pieces, including any bags you have not opened. Built sections can stay assembled.

Return shipping
Within 90 days of delivery, we send you a prepaid return label. After 90 days, return shipping is your responsibility, and we will send you the return address.

Your refund
You receive the full price you paid for the kit, plus any shipping you paid on it, back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the kit arriving back with us. Any free gift that came with your order is yours to keep.

How to start a return
Email tony@brixkrieg.com or call or text 775-800-6464 with your name, your order number, the kit, and the step where you stopped.

Missing or broken pieces
This is not a return. Any missing or broken piece is replaced free, shipped the same day, for the life of the kit, with nothing to send back. Email tony@brixkrieg.com or call or text 775-800-6464.
