"Initially, I was skeptical of the claims made in this company's ads and services offered. At 60+ years old I had not attempted a model build since my teenage years. After seeing various advertisements for several different companies, I decided to jump in, both feet first. I ordered three different products from three different companies. From BrixKrieg I ordered the Tank Killer Combo. Within four days I had my models. I started the assembly on the Jagdpanzer with high anxiety — and soon to my dismay, I started to feel like I was in over my head. I sent an email to BrixKrieg asking for clarification on some instructions. Much to my surprise, and not to mention my relief — not only did I receive an email in reply within minutes, I received a phone call from the owner himself. With a lot of patience from him, I was able to get past the hurdle I was having with the instructions. Since then I have finished the Jagdpanzer with tremendous satisfaction in the quality and appearance of the model. And I have begun the assembly of the second tank in the Tank Killer Combo — the StuGIII. All of that while still waiting on the delivery of the other models from the other two competitors. I believe it is safe to say — I have found my go-to place for any future purchases."
