BrixKrieg is a premium military building block company based in California, USA. We import factory-direct WWII military building block kits and fulfill orders from our U.S. warehouse.

2. SMS MARKETING PROGRAM

2.1 Program Overview

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive does not match its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3.2 Inventory and Availability

All products are subject to availability. Due to limited inventory runs:

  • Products may sell out without notice
  • Pre-orders may be offered for upcoming releases
  • Restocks are not guaranteed

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur.

If we discover a pricing error:

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

4.1 Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including:

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when we ship the product.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for some carriers)
  • APO/FPO addresses (contact us for options)
  • International addresses (coming soon)

5.2 Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days from our California warehouse after order processing.

Order Processing: Most orders ship within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Estimates: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery address
  • Shipping method selected

Free Shipping Promotions: When offered, free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States only.

5.4 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS (if opted-in) once your order ships. Track your order through the carrier's website or your BrixKrieg account.

5.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide photos of damaged items or packaging
  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your BrixKrieg kits. If you're not satisfied:

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Eligible Returns:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened building block sets (due to hygiene and completeness concerns)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Clearance or final sale items

6.2 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item)

6.3 Refunds

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)

6.4 Missing Pieces or Defects

If your kit is missing pieces or has defective parts:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  2. We will send replacement parts from our U.S. warehouse at no charge
  3. You do not need to return the defective item

This is our Missing-Piece Guarantee.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 BrixKrieg Trademarks

"BrixKrieg," our logo, and all related branding are trademarks of BrixKrieg. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

7.2 Product Designs

Our product designs, instructions, and packaging are protected by copyright and trade dress laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7.3 Website Content

All content on www.brixkrieg.com, including text, images, graphics, videos, and code, is owned by BrixKrieg or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.

7.4 Third-Party Trademarks

BrixKrieg building block kits are compatible with major building block brands but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LEGO®, COBI, or any other building block manufacturer. LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • Products will be error-free or defect-free
  • Our website will be uninterrupted or secure
  • Product descriptions are completely accurate

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIXKRIEG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Parents are responsible for supervising children using BrixKrieg products.
