An up-gunned KV chassis equipped with the M10 152mm howitzer in a gigantic rotating turret, the KV2 tanks were known for being one of the few early vehicles to be able to knock out a Tiger I tank. A specifically placed HE round could blow the turret off of a Tiger. 

They were however very expensive to manufacture and phased out of production in 1941 after 210 were produced.
